On June 30th, the Sacramento River Cats had their Facebook fan page hacked. Sacramento’s minor league baseball team is the Triple-A affiliate of Major League Baseball’s ‘Oakland Athletics’.
The River Cats minor league baseball team’s Facebook fan page was hacked into and then the account was deleted. The River Cats lost an estimated 6000 fans. The River Cats fan page was relaunched last week and they are slowly gaining back their fans.
